Why use plastic?

For aggressive liquids, we apply a wide range of plastics. We think in PVC, PVC-C, HDPE, PP-H and PVDF and Polyester. Simply because steel, coated or uncoated, and even stainless steel are mostly unsuitable for many specific applications. Plastic installations can, with sensible construction methods, be used for 15-25 years or more. The cost factor always plays a role in the background. Our installations are designed on the basis of optimum efficiency.

Abbreviations; PVC=Polyvinyl chloride, HDPE=High density poly ethylene, PP=Poly propylene & PVDF=Poly vinyl di fluoride

Where most engineers think in steel and stainless steel, we think in plastic applications. Building and installing together requires specific knowledge. We do this as prefab, in series construction, and on site. This means we prefer turn-key deliveries. Everything from one source: problem solving, design, detail engineering, installation construction and commissioning. RDW has a team of experienced, production staff, project managers and engineers.
